Personal data will need to be securely kept on our system in order to record and honor long term guarantees - if you do not wish us to keep your data with regard to long term guarantees, please let us know and you will be removed from our system. However please be aware that removal of your details from our system will mean we will have to remove anylong term guarantee details, which will invalidate them.
