DAMPWORKS only employ CSRT CSSW QUALIFIED SURVEYORS.  Our reports are valid for INSURANCE CLAIMS AND MORTGAGE APPLICATIONS  and we send SURVEYORS, NOT SALESMEN, to your property.

 

We can survey at a time that suits you. You will receive a FULL REPORT on our findings and also a no obligation quotation for any works required.

Surveys - Pre-Purchase Home Buyer

 

If you are BUYING A PROPERTY, we provide a full report and quotation service by a CSRT CSSW surveyor.

We also offer a rapid 24 hour service if required; just ask our staff. QUOTATIONS ARE INCLUDED for any recommended works providing peace of mind when budgeting for the expenditure of buying a property. Our inspections can include investigation of rising damp, woodworm and/or dry rot, with floor plans outlining the problem areas. Our CSRT CSSW certification means that our reports are RECOGNISED BY BANKS, BUILDING SOCIETIES and MORTGAGE LENDERS.

Where treatments are recommended, our reports clearly describe the nature of defects and proposed remedy.

 

Surveys - Condensation
